Standard Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings)
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable
- No-shows or early departures are non-refundable
Amendments
- Date changes are subject to availability
- Any rate difference will apply if dates are changed
- Changes requested within 7 days of check-in may be treated as a cancellation
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (e.g. serious emergencies), we may consider a date change or partial credit, at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.
Third-Party Platforms
This cancellation policy applies only to direct bookings made through our website.
Bookings made via Airbnb or Booking.com are subject to the cancellation policy shown on those platforms.
